In order to achieve our growth targets it is your responsibility to define and implement a successful Partner channel strategy for the DACH region and our international target markets. Together with your team of five, you are responsible to create a solid partner ecosystem within COYO. You lead and coach your team members and take an active role within our management team. What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of working experience in channel sales or partner management as well as 3+ years experience at management level
  • Proven track record winning new and driving existing partners to reach ambitious indirect sales targets
  • Successfully implemented channel sales within a business
  • Ability to deliver against qualitative and quantitative targets under high pressure, in a hands-on mode and with a proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical way of thinking with distinctive decision making capabilities, focus on implementation, problem-solving in critical situations and gathering input from different sources
  • Flexibility to act successfully in a young company with agile structures and processes
  • Willing to travel nationally and internationally (approx. 20 %)
  • Excellent English language skills and good German language skills

Your job

  • Define and implement a successful Partner channel strategy for the DACH region and our international target markets
  • Create a solid partner ecosystem within COYO to reach target levels for the process goals & KPIs
  • Coach, lead and develop your team members on a daily basis towards the given process goal
  • Take an active role in the management team and contribute with participation and focus on what’s best for COYO
