The product packages differ primarily in terms of their functionality and hosting. 

Switching from one package to another is possible in principle. Please get in touch with your contact person at COYO. 

Our sales team will be delighted to help you find the product package that best suits you. We advise you to first of all decide, independently of our product packages, which functions you cannot do without in your digital home. Once you have done this, the package that suits you best will usually become evident. 

If you want to give more users access to COYO, you can upgrade at any time. The increased number of users is immediately available. The increased fee is then billed the following month.

In the unlikely event that you stop using COYO, we will provide you with an exported copy of all your data.

As soon as you have requested a trial version, we will send you a link to your personal COYO Cloud. You can get started in just a few minutes.

Of course! COYO fully complies with the GDPR. It goes without saying that we will also enter into a data processing agreement with you.
