Thanks to our own software and our agile mindset we work and communicate digitally without any problems - therefore you can decide from where you want to work (office adapted to Covid security regulations or remote). We keep our COYO spirit and our open corporate culture through shared virtual events alive (e.g. with monthly afterwork like bingo or power point karaoke, or with lunch roulette).

Language

"English first" is a typical COYO-saying. To make sure that everyone feels understood and to simplify internal and external communication, we have switched some time ago our company language to English.

Working hours

A Nine-to-five job and the need to track working hours? We don't do that. Trust is very important to us. We at COYO benefit from flexible working hours, which are contractually set at 40 hours a week.

Office vs. mobile work

The heart of COYO beats in Hamburg. Due to the current situation you decide from where you work: whether remote or in our office adapted to Covid-19 security regulations. Usually we offer the option: "Mobile Work" - in agreement with your colleagues you have the possibility to work remotely from time to time.
