COYO already exists since 2010 - but at that time the company was called mindsmash. Jan Marquardt, Daniel Busch and Stefan Schnock are the managing directors of the innovative social intranet company. They are managing a team of over 100 people in Hamburg, Berlin and Amsterdam.
During their studies, they already realized that most business software tools were not convincing either in its appearance or in its usability. Since then, COYO stands for B2B software that makes the hearts of its users beat faster with its beautiful design and exceptionally good user experience.
Over the past few years, COYO has developed into one of the leading companies in the intranet software market and is already used by more than 1,000,000 users. From electricity providers to chocolate manufacturers, COYO gives companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Ritter Sport, Ricola, METRO and E.On a digital home that is loved by their users.

We trust in each other’s expertise and ideas and can therefore rely on each other completely.
Companies that do not change will fail. We proactively drive change and adapt flexibly to the market and circumstances.
No closed doors, no restraints. We always listen to the
concerns of others.
We believe in ourselves and are not afraid to take on the big players.
We‘re going full speed and strive for the great success.
At COYO, everyone pushes hard and gives their best.
We act as a team and pursue common goals. We do not put our personal interests before those of the team – no politics, no hidden agendas.
There are always two sides to a good deal. That‘s why we always treat each other and external parties openly and fairly.
We love things to be uncomplicated and simple. Rather get things done quickly than talking about it for ages.
When you push as hard as we do, mistakes can happen.
We don‘t see feedback as criticism, but as an opportunity to learn from mistakes and to improve.
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. We make our contribution with concrete actions.
We don’t look for the fly in the ointment, we think
positively and focus on achieving our goals.
We always want to be better than our competition: better product, better service, better looks.
